Support Center is a streamlined way to get quick answers to commonly asked questions or request help from the Service Delivery team. Here’s what one of our SPs loves about the tool:
● Uniform email templates, including the addition of the end customer and customer PON, help to clear up confusion about which email applies to a specific case and order. ● Case List View makes it easier to track the status of each inquiry. ● Performance so far has given him confidence that when he submits a case through Support Center, he’s going to receive a timely response from us. Support Center is the best way to engage the Service Delivery team and can be found on the AT&T Partner Exchange portal, under the Manage tab, then Support.
