Since the roll-out of Support Center, we’ve made several enhancements, including: • End Customer field • Customer identification (or PON) field • Circuit ID field for Disconnects • Description box for all categories • Status field to provide pending action/response details
Effective April 17, Service Delivery will pivot wireline communication requests and/or questions to Support Center. If you haven’t had an opportunity to attend a Support Center training session, you may access the virtual walk through.
