AT&T Partner Exchange welcomes new Vice President, Chris Roy to the channel

As we plan for another year of big growth in 2020, we’ll continue to make strategic shifts to best position our programs for success. 

Recently, we welcomed the Wholesale organization to our AT&T Partner Solutions team – creating a unified indirect channel voice and presence. While Wholesale and Partner Exchange are distinct and separate programs, with unique go-to-market models, both share in their mission to drive profitable revenue growth while increasing AT&T’s coverage in the market.

AT&T Partner Exchange is a first-of-its-kind reseller program that’s known for its innovative, customer-first and technology driven culture.  This culture has been at the very foundation of the program since its inception in 2013.  By placing the Partner Exchange and Wholesale programs under a single leader, it will make it even easier to leverage best practices across the programs and help spread this unique culture further across AT&T. 

Effective December 1, 2019 Chris Roy, Vice President - Wholesale Solutions, AT&T Services, Inc., will lead both the Wholesale and Partner Exchange sales teams. Sara Straley, AVP – Sales and Marketing, AT&T Partner Exchange has accepted a new position supporting AT&T Business.

Chris is a seasoned sales leader with broad expertise and deep relationships both within AT&T and in the industry. With 20 years of service at AT&T, Chris brings significant experience in leading large organizations and serving the sales, operations and marketing needs of business clients. 

AT&T Partner Exchange and Wholesale will remain separate entities. Our partners can count on the same service and account care that they’ve grown to expect from their support teams. As the resources of the two organizations are combined, best practices should further enhance the experience that our clients receive today. 

This move further strengthens and amplifies the impact AT&T indirect channels have across AT&T Business and within the market, by bringing together two influential channel programs.
